I’m Venkata — a software engineer turned stand-up comic. I spend my days fixing bugs and my nights talking about the ones in my head. Inspired by Matt Rife’s timing and Vir Das’s clever storytelling, I try to blend sharp timing with real world observations that hit close to home.
Standup-debut
I did my first open mic in 2024 at The Laugh House. It was terrifying, but also the most alive I’ve ever felt — and yes, at least one person laughed on purpose.

Honestly? Anything and everything that I find funny. Mostly cultural observations, current affairs, and weird human behavior. If it’s awkward, ironic, or just plain stupid, I’ll probably talk about it.
